Roasting in oven
Preheat the oven between 250-350 F. Place the chicken in the oven and let it roast. As the chicken breast, leg, and other pieces start roasting, you will see marination juices drying up and chicken colour changing to golden brown from pink. As it turns golden, its skin starts becoming dry and smoky. It gets completely cooked after the chicken skin becomes dry and its colour turns to golden. It will take 15-20 minutes for the chicken to get completely roasted. Pull the chicken out of the oven and take in the aroma of freshly roasted chicken.
